Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy

This Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy (“Policy”) governs all subscription purchases made for Regain: Study Timer for Focus (“Regain,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Subscription Plans and Validity

Regain Pro is available as auto-renewing subscriptions on Android (Google Play):

Monthly Plan: INR 199 (may vary from INR 84–199 based on timely offers). Valid for 30 days.

Annual Plan: INR 999 (may vary from INR 299–999 based on timely offers). Valid for 365 days.

Displayed prices in the app and on Google Play reflect any applicable promotions at the time of purchase.

Android Subscriptions (Google Play Payments)

Payment is charged to your Google Play account at purchase confirmation.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

Renewal pricing may change in line with current offers and applicable price updates shown on Google Play.

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled via your Google Play account (Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions) or through the in-app subscription page.

Access to Pro features will continue until the end of the paid period after cancellation.

Manual Cancellation

You can cancel anytime by:

Managing your subscription in your Google Play account; or

Using the “Subscription” tab in Regain’s settings page.

No partial-period refunds are provided for early termination, except as set out under “Refunds.”

Refunds

We offer a simple refund window:

You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase or renewal.

Refunds are reviewed for eligibility (e.g., accidental purchase, duplicate charge, technical issues).

Approved refund will be credited within 7 days in original mode of payment.

To request a refund, email subscriptions@regainapp.ai with your user ID.

Note: Some refunds may be handled directly by Google Play per their policies.

Invoices and Support

For invoices or payment confirmations, please use your Google Play order receipt.

Please contact subscriptions@regainapp.ai for billing questions or disputes before initiating any chargeback.

Taxes and Compliance

Prices shown include applicable taxes as required by law, unless otherwise stated.

Transactions are subject to applicable Indian financial and digital payments regulations and Google Play policies.

Jurisdiction and Interpretation

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or related to this policy.

Regain reserves the right to make the final and binding interpretation of any terms contained herein.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of Regain after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
