Terms of Use (iOS)

These Terms of Use govern your use of the iOS Regain App. The Android version of Regain is covered by a separate Terms of Use (Android).

1. About this agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and EpowerX Labs Private Limited (“EpowerX Labs,” “Regain,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a private limited company registered in India. These Terms cover the iOS Regain App distributed through Apple’s App Store.

2. Eligibility & license grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, EpowerX Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the iOS Regain App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app; (b) use the app for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to circumvent any security or access-control mechanism of the app; (d) use the app to harass, abuse, or harm other users; or (e) use the app in any way that violates Apple’s Usage Rules or any applicable law.

4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID. The current price, billing period, and free-trial length (if any) are shown on the in-app subscription screen at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID Settings under Subscriptions.

5. Refunds

All in-app purchases on iOS are processed by Apple. EpowerX Labs does not handle iOS payments and cannot issue refunds for iOS purchases directly. To request a refund, visit Apple’s Report a Problem page within Apple’s refund window.

6. Restore Purchases

If you have previously purchased a subscription and reinstall the app, or install it on a new Apple device signed in to the same Apple ID, you can recover your active entitlement by tapping the Restore Purchases button in the in-app Settings screen.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The iOS Regain App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EpowerX Labs’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to EpowerX Labs for the app in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Apple End-User License Agreement

Your use of the iOS Regain App is also governed by Apple’s Standard End-User License Agreement (the “Apple Standard EULA”). To the extent any term of these Terms conflicts with a term of the Apple Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA controls. You acknowledge that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

9. Termination

You may stop using the iOS Regain App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. EpowerX Labs may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law). Any refund of unused subscription periods will be handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, subject to applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence.

11. Changes

EpowerX Labs may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is posted at the same URL, and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes are communicated via an in-app notice on the next launch.
